Daniela Piana is professor of political science at the University of Bologna and associate fellow at the Institut des Hautes Etudes sur la Justice in Paris as well as international fellow at the Institut des Sciences du Politique de l’Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris Saclay. Daniela has extensively worked on the rule of law and the culture of legality by carrying on empirical research with a comparative perspective and a mix methodological approach. She is member of the Italian Observatory of the Impact of the Judicial Reforms and of the OECD expert group on Equal Access to Justice. She has coordinated the first Academic Network on Judicial Studies financed under the LLP EU program.
